These terms apply to your use of the City Barber website (citybarber.be) and to any appointment you make with us. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

City Barber, Onze-Lieve-Vrouwestraat 48, 2800 Mechelen, Belgium. You can reach us on +32 0467009933.

2. Appointments

• Appointments can be made online or by phone. An online booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
• Online appointments must be made at least 2 hours in advance and no more than 1 month in advance.
• You may hold up to three upcoming appointments at any one time.
• We may close online booking or refuse a booking at our discretion, for example during holidays or unforeseen closures. If we have to cancel your appointment, we will contact you to reschedule.

3. Cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment.
• Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours in advance, by calling us on +32 0467009933.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out the full service and may ask you to reschedule.
• Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future online bookings.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro on our website and are payable in the shop at the end of your appointment. The price shown when you book is the price that applies to that appointment. Prices may change at any time for future bookings. If the service you actually receive differs from the one you booked, the price for the service performed applies.

5. Your account

To book online you need an account, created with your email address or through Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for the accuracy of the name, phone number and email address you give us. Do not use the site to make false or fraudulent bookings.

6. Our services

We carry out our services with the care and skill you may reasonably expect from a professional barber. Please tell your barber before the service starts about any allergies, skin conditions or sensitivities. We may decline a treatment where we believe it is not suitable or safe.

7. Website availability

We try to keep this website available and its information accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Online booking may be switched off temporarily; when it is, you can still book by phone.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Belgian law. Beyond that, our liability in connection with an appointment is limited to the price of the service concerned.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you make a booking is the one that applies to that booking.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Antwerp, division Mechelen. As a consumer, you may also use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
